CNCO is the Latin music newest phenomenon, this boy band emerged towards the end of 2015 from a competition called La Banda, at the end of the 13 week of the TV show, and only five contestants were able to achieve their goal of joining CNCO.

CNCO is formed by:

Christopher: 20 years old Ecuadorean. He decided to follow his dreams and audition for La Banda, the family is the most important motivation for him.

Erick Brian: 16 years old Cuban. He loves to play football, dance and sing, so he decided to audition to La Banda and finally he won and joined CNCO, his motivation are his family who still live in Cuba.

Joel: 18 years old, Californian-Mexican. His biggest inspiration was his late grandfather, who supported him to continue singing and study theater.

Richard: 19 years old, Dominican. He loves to sing, dance and write songs, he knew that the music ran through his veins and decided to follow his dream and be one of the member of CNCO.

Zabdiel: 18 years old, Puerto Rican. He is a musician, singer and ballet dancer, his love for the music was represented in the contest and now he is one of the member of CNCO.

Winning a spot in this band came with a big reward of a recording contract with Sony Music US Latin and a management deal with Ricky Martin.

CNCO has been working non-stop in the studio preparing for their first album, their first single Tan Fácil was released towards the end of January 2016, immediately gained the first position on iTunes only hours after it release. Their second single Quisiera hit the airwaves in early June 2016, and his album was able since August on all platforms.

Ricky Martin invited them to open his One World Tour through Latin America, now the band is working in their first tour call “Más Allá Tour”, they will be in hole Latin America.

Priscila Abigail Martínez Arán
