There are many benefits of doing exercise because you can feel better, your heart is healthy and your life is active.
I think that if you do exercise in the mornings you will have energy for all your day. You should start with little and short exercises because if you start without supervision or quickly you can suffer an injury.
I don’t have time for doing exercise because I stay in school for many hours and it’s difficult because I don’t live in this city, I’m from Tanlajás so when I stay in my home in vacations I can do exercise with my sister.
People that do exercise and have a correct and healthy nutrition have a long happy life.
