  1. Expose yourself to nature light: Sunlight has a stimulating effect on the brain because it reminds your body that it’s morning.
  2. Eat a healthy breakfast: If you eat an energizing breakfast you will have a lot of energy to do all of your activities. Some fruits and vegetables will do just fine.
  3. Drink a lot of water: Dehydration makes you feel bad so drink water that will make you feel way better and will give you energy.
  4. Eat snacks: Healthy snacks can give you an energy boost, it is recommended when you have low energy to eat a dark chocolate or cranberries bar.
  5. Do exercise: Sitting too long can actually cause fatigue; the exercise can stimulate the body and allow you to feel more energetic.
